Asthma

Asthma can be minor or it can interfere with daily activities. In some cases, it may lead to a life-threatening attack.

Hypertension

Usually hypertension is defined as blood pressure above 140/90, and is considered severe if the pressure is above 180/120.

High Cholesterol

High cholesterol can limit blood flow, increasing the risk of a heart attack or stroke. It's detected by a blood test.

A group of lung diseases that block airflow and make it difficult to breathe.

A mental health disorder characterised by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life.
